Wild-Caught Fish, Potato, Green Onion, Lemon Juice, Salt, and Bacon. Our simple recipe makes these cakes incredibly versatile so you can create a variety of dishes and be creative in the kitchen!

We’ve cultivated strong relationships with local fishermen and only use wild-caught, sustainably-sourced fish from trusted sources.

Minimal Ingredients
Made with just a few simple ingredients, these fish cakes contain no gluten, eggs, dairy, or fillers.

Handling & Preparation

Keep Frozen. Do not thaw. Product is fully cooked and only needs heated prior to enjoyment.

Air Fryer (preferred)
Cook uncovered at 400 F for 15-20 minutes.

Oven
Cook uncovered at 425 F for 15-20 minutes.

Stove Top
Cook each side approximately 5 minutes on medium high heat with butter or oil until lightly browned and warmed all the way through.
